So as you can read, it is not a full ban, it is more likely a way to regulate the sales of e-cigarettes (who says for new taxes?).
There is, however, some misinformation. The e-cigarette is a ‘dangerous devices’, ok i want to know why, Ms. or Dr. Wagner could please reveal your source because the last study from the FDA was overall not bad at all and the e-consumers are 100% satisfied (i made that up since i cannot find anyone unhappy about the e-cig ) and not complaining at all.
Where does the age of 19 came from? Isn’t it 21, for dangerous product (alcohol, for example)?
And banning in public places or at work: if the steam is bothering you have to explain why, because it is virtually odorless and safe!
I think it is the only smoking device who can accommodate non-smoker and smoker.
